NEWSLETTER MAY 2013	Belgium has a new law on arbitration
	The Chamber of Representatives unanimously approves the new Belgian Arbitration Act. This law will come into effect on the first day of the third month following its publication in the Belgian Official Journal. The publication should take place in the course of June 2013; consequently, the law will probably come into effect on September 1, 2013. Read more...
Launch of b-Arbitra, June 20, 2013, 4.00 pm – 6.00 pm		Colloque 24 octobre 2013 14u00-17u30 The new 2013 CEPANI Arbitration Rules
Cepani and Bruylant are pleased to announce the creation of b-Arbitra, the Belgian Review of Arbitration. b-Arbitra is a peer-reviewed legal journal dedicated to promoting debate on novel issues and to providing the premier source of information on commercial and investment arbitration in Europe. In order to mark this important event, a conference will be held featuring presentations by: Michel Flamée, Stefan Kröll and Sophie Nappert. The presentations will be followed at 5.30 pm by the scientific Award Ceremony of Cepani 2012 at which we will be pleased to welcome the Minister of Justice, Mrs Annemie Turtelboom. NEW PUBLICATION

CEPANI organized on december 12th a colloquium with the topic " 10 ans d'existence du règlement pour la résolution des litiges en matière des noms de domaine.be / 10 jaar bestaan van het reglement ter beslechting van de geschillen inzake .be domeinnamen. A book was published with the contributions of the speakers. It will be soon available at the secretariat of CEPANI.
