	This book constitutes the second volume of this serial published by the CEPANI, it is in line with CEPANI's will to promote arbitration by a better knowledge of the awards rendered on the basis of its rules. The period covered runs from 1996 to 2001. Every decision is commented in the language in which it has been rendred. A summary is joined in the two languages. Yearbook of the Arbitral Awards from CEPINA 1985-1995
	The Cepani Rules establish that the arbitral awards can only be published anonymously and with the explicit consent of the parties. On the grounds of this article, Cepani has decided to publish a number of arbitral awards that present a certain legal interest. The first yearbook of arbitral awards concerns the period from 1985 to 1995.  Other publications are expected for the arbitral awards rendered after 1995.   Every award has been commented by a specialist in the matter.
