Important Dates September 29th 2010 Colloquium CEPANI40 : "Walking a thin line : what an arbitrator can do, must do or must not do" Previous conferences:  The CEPANI40's first lunch debate of 2010, received on January 28th, 2010 Simon Greenberg, Deputy Secretary General of the International Court of Arbitration. He addressed the following topic: "How not to get a second ICC arbitrator appointment : tips, traits and pitfalls for younger ICC arbitrators and counsel" An interactive discussion between Mr. Simon Greenberg and the attending members followed his speech. The session was held in English.   Study afternoon :  "Arbitration in practice" was held on October 8th 2009 in Kortrijk.
