Colloquium CEPINA40 over " Walking a thin line : what an arbitrator can do, must do or must not do".

CEPANI40's second lunch debate of 2010, took place on May 20th, 2010 at the headquarters of CEPANI.

During this luncheon, Kristof Cox, Affiliated Senior Researcher (Institute for International trade law - kuleuven) and Legal Consultant (Deloitte), has addressed the following topic:
"The frustration with consolidation : Arbitration vs. Multi-party disputes."

An interactive discussion between Mr. Kristof Cox and the attending members has followed his speech.

The CEPANI40's first lunch debate of 2010, received on January 28th, 2010 Simon Greenberg, Deputy Secretary General of the International Court of Arbitration.
He addressed the following topic:
"How not to get a second ICC arbitrator appointment : tips, traits and pitfalls for younger ICC arbitrators and counsel"
An interactive discussion between Mr. Simon Greenberg and the attending members followed his speech.
The session was held in English.

 

CEPINA40 organiseerde een tweede studienamiddag met als thema : “Arbitrage in de praktijk”.  Deze studienamiddag vond plaats op 8 oktober jl. te Kortrijk.

Arbitrage in de Praktijk : Was georganiseerd in samenwerking met de "Jeune Barreau de Bruxelles", en vond plaats in Brussel op 24 september.
