Important experience as counsel, but also arbitrator (party-appointed, chairman as well as sole arbitrator) in many international arbitration proceedings.
The matters arose principally in the fields of supply of industrial equipment and plants including power plants, energy and oil & gas, civil construction in various countries around the world, project finance transactions, hotel development projects, distribution and agency agreements in many different industries.
Acted mainly under the ICC Rules of Arbitration, but also the Arbitration Rules of CEPANI, DIS, Vienna, Chamber of Commerce, SCC, Swiss Chambers of Commerce (Geneva), AAA and ICSID, as well as in ad hoc arbitrations (including pursuant to
the UNICITRAL Rules).
