Professional experience:

Mr. d’Udekem specialises in the analysis of causality and damages in financial and economic disputes. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Mr. d’Udekem was an independent expert who worked with lawyers to assess damages and advised financial institutions on quantitative and strategic issues. He also held senior positions at Ageas (formerly known as Fortis) and Engie.

Arbitration experience:

Mr. d’Udekem has assisted lawyers, filed expert reports and testified in various courts, tribunals and disciplinary proceedings in Belgium, France, and the Netherlands. He recently filed reports in CEPANI and ICC arbitration proceedings, respectively in Brussels and Paris.
