Professional experience
Emmanuel is a seasoned litigator with more than 25 years’ experience before the Belgian courts, both in civil and criminal matters. He focuses on complex litigation cases, often involving an international dimension. Emmanuel’s practice also includes a focus on white-collar crime compliance issues (corruption, anti-money laundering, theft, fraud, etc.) and related litigation.
Arbitration experience
Apart from litigation before the courts, Emmanuel also has specific and in-depth experience in alternative dispute resolution, both as counselor and as meditator. In the past, he worked for a deputy judge, allowing him to gain valuable experience and a deep understanding of what the role and tasks of a judge/arbitrator exactly entail.
