Co-founding partner, Three Crowns  LLP.  2019-20 Co-Chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee.  Appointed to the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators by the Kingdom of Belgium.  Lecturer at King’s College.  Formerly partner and global co-chair of the international arbitration practice at a prominent international law firm, and legal advisor at the World Trade Organization.

Gaëtan has served as advocate and arbitrator in a large number of both commercial and investment treaty arbitrations, some of which have been widely reported because of the significance of the financial recoveries at stake or the novelty of the legal issues involved.
