Flip Petillion is a domestic and international litigator and arbitrator. He is specialized in dispute resolution in intellectual property, information technology, media and communications, distribution, energy and construction. He acted before domestic courts, the EU General Court and the EU Court of Justice. He lectures at Leuven University, BBMM and EUIPO.
